Fashion month has officially kicked off on the streets of New York, and we have already spotted an abundance of promising new faces, keen to make their mark on the runways of the Big Apple.

Here is our round-up of the ones to watch this season…

Yasmin Wijnaldum at Elite Models

Just in case you haven't already heard of her, here's a good place to start. Get to know Yasmin.

After appearing as a new face on the latest Prada campaign and landing the opening spot at Atelier Versace, Yasmin has already graced the runways of Victoria Beckham and Alexander Wang, and opened for Jason Wu.

Lululeika Ravn Liep at Premier

Lululeika has gone from strength to strength after a year as a Vuitton exclsuive, which has landed her a spot on the Victoria Beckham runway. The daughter of a costume designer, she already has an insight into the fashion industry and its expectations. A skill not be overlooked when casting girls to represent your brand.

Yuka Mannami at The Society

After being discovered through her whimsical Intsagram account that has earned her 86.9K (and rising) followers, Yuka appeared as an exclusive for Fendi last season. We have no doubt New York will see her star ascend, after already owning the catwalk at Creatures Oof The Wind.

Blue Sumrie at Elite Models

She made her debut on the scene at couture for Chanel, Dior, and Dolce & Gabbana Alta Moda, launching this North London beauty into the limelight and gaining the attention of all the right people. With an elite brand resume under her belt, it's likely she's stayed on the industry's radar.

Elizabeth Moore at Next

We're really excited for the stir Elizabeth will cause after her first NYFW appearance at Baja East. We can see why she was a top pick for Gucci's Alessandro Michele's catwalk and latest campaign. We will definitely be seeing more of her, it's just a matter of where and when.

Shanna Jackway at Women

Shanna has already represented at two of the most luxury houses, appearing on Chanel’s runway (twice!) and in Palm Springs for Louis Vuitton. With brands like that to boast about, the only way is up.

Abby Williamson @ IMG

Abby Williamson  has modelled in her hometown of Texas since her early teens. All that work must have paid off the as she first appeared on our radar during Dior Haute Couture’s Spring 2016 show, and is due to be a familiar face across NYFW shows.
