The usually pitch-perfect singer gave a noticebaly shaky performance of 'All I Ask' from her latest album at last night's event, sounding out of tune at various points and looking visibly distressed by it.

But fear not, the British superstar hadn't lost her record-breaking voice - it was all down to a technical fault, as she took to Twitter to explain straight after the show.

"Sh*t happens," she said, in true matter-of-fact manner. Indeed it does.

A spokesperson for CBS, the network that aired the Grammys, also confirmed that it was indeed a tech issue.

She then headed to In-N-Out to console herself in the best possible way; with a burger.
