It's a sad day in Tinsel Town today as People magazine has broken the news that Amber Heard has filed for divorce from Johnny Depp.
The pair have only just scraped through one set of court proceedings after Amber brought two terrier dogs to Queensland, Australia illegally.
And now it seems a second set of proceedings may be about to begin, as Amber has cited irreconcilable differences - in a motion filed at the Los Angeles Superior Court on Sunday - as her reason for the split.
The Pirates of The Caribbean actor wed the 30-year-old actress a mere 15 months ago, so they won't even be seeing it to their two year anniversary.
Amber met 52-year-old Johnny on he set of their 2011 film The Rum Diary and married in a small service last February after Johnny split with his long term partner Vanessa Paradis, with whom he has two children.
It's been a terrible week for Johnny Depp, considering that he also suffered the loss of his mother, Betty Sue Palmer on Friday of last week, at 81-years-old, after she had reportedly suffered a drawn out illness.
The website TMZ has since claimed that Johnny asked a judge to turn down Amber's claim for spousal support.
