The pair sparked dating rumours after leaving last week’s AMAs together and have reportedly been spotted on a number of dates since, with 'are they/aren’t they?' questions quickly replaced by cries of, 'relationship goals etc'.
Of course, the news hasn’t gone unnoticed by Zayn’s fans and 1Directioners alike. When Zayn posted a selfie wearing Gigi’s specs on Twitter, the sound of hearts breaking could be heard all over the world and girls ran to social media to lament the loss of single Zayn.
