Lucky Blue Smith, 17, grew up in Utah, the youngest of four, where he was scouted at the age of 10 years old by Next Models.

After dying his hair platinum blond, his career took off and he has since walked for labels such as Tom Ford, Versace, Michael Kors, Etro, Bottega Veneta and Fendi as well as fronting campaigns for Gap and Tommy Hilfiger.

Models.com declared him 'Male Model Of The Year' and he has 1.7 million followers on Instagram and 187,277 on Twitter.

Right now, all you need to know is that he is currently the biggest male model on the planet.

Do you like your name?

I love my name. I didn’t used to when I was a kid. People called me Lucky Charms, after the breakfast cereal.

What do you most dislike about your appearance?

That’s a hard question. I never used to like how big my hands were because I hadn’t grown into them yet. I also didn’t like being so tall [6ft 2.5in]. My smile’s kind of funky, I guess.

What is the secret to a good catwalk?

Walking with confidence – like you have places to go. That’s how I do it. If I think about it, I walk really weird.

Who is on your recent calls list?

My mom, dad, sisters, agent Mimi, my three best friends [Duke, Spencer and James, who are all still in high school] and my cousin Canyon.

Are you a protective brother to your sisters, Pyper, 18, Daisy, 20, and Starlie, 22?

Very. Well, in the right way. When I was 12, there was a kid a couple of grades older than me who was picking on my sisters. No matter how big they were, I would defend them.

Have you seen Zoolander?

It’s one of my favourites. It’s good to make fun of yourself.

What has been your most ‘fashion’moment?

I think just all of it, dude. Walking fashion shows at 16 and 17, or doing a huge shoot for Tom Ford.

Is there more to life than just being ‘really ridiculously good-looking’?

Yeah, there’s way more to life. I mean, I might be fat and ugly in seven years. Luckily, I have a fast metabolism.
