The longtime celebrity couple massacre just claimed another victim. Not even 24 hours after Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale announced their divorce, Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy have revealed that they too are calling it quits. (Because we weren't numb already.)
The two released the following joint statement on their Twitter accounts:
Of course, the now exes have been on-offish throughout their entire relationship and attended a panel together today to talk about the Muppets' revived show on ABC. Whether this is truly the end or just a temporary plot twist, time will tell.
In the meantime, stay strong, Barbie and Ken.
