Our favourite all girl a cappella group, the Bardon Bellas are back. When we last left Anna Kendrick and ELLE cover star Rebel Wilson, they were crowned winners of the national tournament. This time, they are taking their pitch global: to the world championships.
The complete Pitch Perfect cast - including egomaniac Bumper, played by Adam DeVine, and pretty Jesse (Skylar Astin) - are returning for the sequel. Elizabeth Banks is doing triple duty, directing, producing and starring as one of the the a cappella officials.
The first trailer features the hit song by Anna Kendrick, Cups, in true aca-awesome style, as well as a hint at some of the gems sure to be delivered by the amazing Rebel, aka Fat Amy.
But will this film be better than the first one? Throw in some condescending European humour, an Olympic amount of pyrotechnics and some beefy looking a capella hunks, and we think it just might be.
