The paternitymoon is over for Prince William, who yesterday started his new job as an air ambulance helicopter pilot.

To celebrate, he gave an impossibly sweet interview to Sky News about daddy duties.

When asked about life since Princess Charlotte joined the family in May (big brother George turns two next week), he said: 'I like the challenge. It’s been obviously fantastic and she’s been a little joy of heaven.'

George, on the other hand, is a bit more of a handful.

'It’s more responsibility looking after two little ones,' he added, 'especially when George is around as he’s a little monkey.'

Of course he is! That face! It's all too much. Kate, however, is holding it all together as brilliantly as it looks like she is, with Wills praising her for 'doing an amazing job as a mother'.

So, could we hear the pitter-patter of royal feet again soon?

They haven't ruled it out, Wills confessed: 'You never know what’s going to happen in the future.'

Royal baby hat-trick FTW.
