Rihanna surprised her fans this weekend by ‘doing a Beyonce’ and dropping her new single onto iTunes without much fanfare (remember when Queen Bey dropped her whole self-titled album back in 2013?).
Just a simple Tweet...
The track FourFiveSeconds features Kanye West and Sir Paul McCartney.
The acoustic ballad is more stripped-back than Rihanna’s previous music; it is a year since her previous single Jump was released.
It’s not the first time Rihanna and Kanye have collaborated - Rihanna featured on Kanye’s song All of the Lights, while the pair also teamed up with Jay Z for Run This Town. You may think McCartney is the odd one out in this mix, but he collaborated on Only One, a song from Kanye to baby North.
