We're still not over the fact that season 4 of GIRLS is over (it went by SO quickly), and that we have to wait months to find out what's next for Hannah, Marnie, Jessa, and most importantly, Shoshanna. Thankfully, it looks like filming for season 5 of GIRLS is now firmly underway. Which means it has to be coming to our screens relatively soon. We hope.
This weekend, Jemima Kirke and Adam Driver were spotted in New York as Jessa and Adam, flickering between what seems to be an intense argument, casual lols, and something to do with a goldfish. Intriguing.
Lena Dunham was also there, to direct. Look at that intensity. Something is definitely happening between Jessa and Adam next season. Calling it now.
Also important: Jemima Kirke giving us serious dungaree envy.
Sadly, no storyline-revealing photos of any of the other girls. That being said, there is this shot of Hannah looking a bit moody in a really lovely floral dress and blue jacket combo.
