The Weeknd joins a long list of celebrities who have openly taken a stand against America's latest and greatest political embarassment - Presidential hopeful Donald Trump.

If you're not totally versed in all the ways that Donald Trump is making a mockery of the USA's political system, then you should probably read this truly offensive list of the terrible things he's said publicly about women.

The Weeknd and 32-year-old rapper Belly were both due to appear on Jimmy Kimmel's talk show Jimmy Kimmel Live last night, but when they found out they'd be sharing an episode with Trump, both musicians backed out of the arrangement.

Belly had this to say to Associated Press on the matter: 'I feel like the way I was raised was to be able to see through all the titles in this world – from religion to race. I just didn't want to feel like I was a part of a celebration for somebody who has beliefs that [the] majority of us don't agree with.'

This revelation comes with the news that NYC's favourite Liberal Bernie Sanders has agreed to take on the nation's most conspicuous comb-over. Trump was asked on Kimmel's show whether he would ever take on Bernie and he said he was game for a debate, to which Bernie has now himself agreed.

Donald Trump seems to anger a new celebrity with every waking minute - how about the time he p***ed off the nicest man in America?
