Two hours. 15 minutes. 25 seconds. The Internet can be a cynical place. But it's hard for anyone to deny the power in the world women's marathon record holder Paula Radcliffe's story. After winning six marathons (three in New York, three in London, and one in Chicago), she'll run her last 42 km stretch with the London Marathon this Sunday. That's made all the more amazing by the fact that she battled a string of foot, knee and hip injuries — and fought her way through two years of recovery — to get there.

And because this goodbye isn't emotional enough already, Ellie Goulding and Nike have teamed up to pay tribute to Paula's history-making career with a touching video that will make you experience all the feels, and inspire you to do better and be stronger. Or at least, that's how we felt when we ran a 10K with Paula last year. Watch the video below and let the tears roll.
