My name is Natalie and I’m addicted to dancing. I Whip a Nae Nae, do the Dougie, roll my Cat Daddy and Jerk.

Now, I’ll be dabbing all over the joint.

The latest vine-friendly dance craze traces its roots to the Atlanta hip-hop scene, where it was popularized by artists like Migos and Future, as well as by one of Future's frequent beat-providers, Metro Boomin'.

When Drake and Future premiered their mixtape What a Time To Be Alive on Apple Music, #dabbing was the number one trend with listeners tweeting things like “We all might be dabbing for a full hour and a half”, “might break my collarbone dabbing”, “I’m dabbing so hard my arm might fall off” and “I’m dabbing hards AF”.

So how do you do it?

Imagine you’re about to sneeze but you’re holding too much stuff in your hands to cover your mouth, so you sneeze into the crook of your arm.  Wait, there’s more. The other arm needs to be up in the air too, pointing in the opposite direction to your face.

Think of it as a cross between sneezing and posing like Usain Bolt and you’ve got it.
