And then, because Rosie has made her body her business, we trained with her. It was a humbling experience.

We also went for a hike and a juice with her - which is not to be confused with Rosie adhering to a punishing diet. "I never want to be that girl at the table, pushing around a salad and looking miserable," she tells us.

For Rosie, it's all about the work. She tells the story of meeting a younger model at a casting who was shocked to learn that Rosie had been modelling for years and hadn’t found a rich husband yet.

"That’s never been it for me," says Rosie. "I’m an ambitious girl. I love to work, and it makes me feel good. I like to make something of my own. It’s a huge opportunity, so it’s like: 'What can I build from this for when I don’t want the limelight any more?'"

The Feburary issue also stars Christian Grey himself, Mr Jamie Dornan
