2 Next rough dry the hair until 80% dry. Then, with a Mason and Pearson brush smooth the hair down towards the position the pony will sit in. This will help flatten and smooth the hair ready for the pony, keep doing this until the hair is dry. Lightly spray the hair with a fine mist hair-spray; Shu Uemura is great brand for this.
