Of course, slathering on moisturiser, drinking litres of water and eating lots of oily fish will boost your skin over time, but this tip will bring you instant gratification on a cold winter morning. ‘For the most natural look, match the blush colour to that of the cheeks when flushed from exercise…then add a pop of brighter colour on top’ says make-up artist Bobbi Brown, ‘use sparingly at first. Smile, and apply to the apples of your cheeks and up towards the hairline. Blend thoroughly’.
