Celeb Watch...The New Nude Lips

This spring, make-up has gone back to the 1990s and the fastest way to dip in to the trend is with natural lips. Think the ladies in Friends season one and you’ll have the right idea; Jen is even championing the look a second time around. But while this matte, pale nude is still a great look (as seen on Isabel Lucas), it doesn’t suit everyone. It’s about finding a natural and glossy effect that compliments your skin tone. But how do you know you’ve found the right shade for you?
“The perfect neutral shade will generally be close in tone to your natural lip colour. This could be a pinky brown, nude, pink, beige pink, rosy brown, chocolate or blackberry” says Bobbi Brown. “Find a lipstick that looks good on your face when you are wearing absolutely no make-up and this is the magic colour that will make you look your best” she adds.
