Fashion designer de jour Christophe Decarnin for Parisian label Balmain sent a troop of models down his spring/summer 2009 runway in stone-washed ripped jeans. And the A-list recognised quickly that the fastest way to look a little next season is to start wearing their denim ripped now, well before spring makes it's first appearance. Take your style cues from the stars and fast forward your look by slashing your jeans too.
