Balearic Dream by Pablo Pelatti, head barman at Amante Ibiza
- 60ml vanilla absolut vodka
- 8 fresh mint leaves
- 10ml lime juice (2limes)
- 5ml sugar syrup
- 30ml carrot juice
Instructions: Use a tall glass. Place the fresh mint leaves into the base with the lime juice and mash them together with a spoon or pestle. Add the crushed ice, vodka and carrot juice. Using the same method as before, shake well then serve in fresh glass with fresh mint leaves at the bottom. Garnish with a finely sliced carrots and fresh mint.
Honey Pot from Aura
Instructions: Combine Appleton V/X rum, fresh sweet melon, honey syrup, fresh pink grapefruit and grapefruit bitters. It’s a perfect way to start your evening!
Energy KM5 Cocktail by Sonia, barman at KM5
- 6 chopped strawberries
- 2.5 cl mango juice
- 2.5 cl coconut syrup
- 1 can of Red Bull
- 5 cl of vodka (skip the vodka for the non-alcoholic variety)
Instructions: Put the strawberries in a blender, add the syrup, coconut and mango juice. When the liquid has a salmon pink colour pour the contents into a cocktail glass with crushed ice. Fill with Red Bull as desired.
