From the agency’s website we learn that the two-bed, two-bath loft boasts 13-foot ceilings, scads of natural light and original wood floors. It also features a walk-in closet which is, at 250 square feet, more than half the size of most starter flats in London.
And then there’s the decor. It’s a blend of Laura Ashley-style chintz wallpaper, ballooning paraphernalia and car-boot-sale finds. We spy leopard-print rugs, an under-the-sea themed bedroom and a marble-drenched bathroom that would make Donatella Versace weep (‘a free standing custom onyx soaking tub’... really?).
