The presenter and the Arctic Monkeys frontman have repeatedly battled rumours of a rift stemming from separate lifestyles during their four-year relationship.
Most recently, a lack of interaction when Chung was presenting the TV broadcast of the Arctic Monkeys’ iTunes Festival gig spurred onlookers to speculate about the couple’s relationship status.
Now, Chung, 27, is understood to have moved out of the apartment she shared with Turner in Brooklyn.
‘Sadly Alexa and Alex have split, although they remain close,’ Alexa’s spokesperson told the Daily Mail.
The couple met at a festival in 2007.
