On the flipside, we imagine it must be pretty flattering to be one of the 613: a fact breathlessly confirmed to us by Bip Ling, Pharrells latest person of Twitter interest.
Could a career in music be next for the all-conquering blog queen? Lets just say we wouldnt be surprised: since setting up her own-name (and characteristically eccentric) website in 2008, everything she's touched has turned to flashing fluoro pink gold and her energy is boundless the perfect recipe for success. Bip was our seatmate (and, of course, the entertainment), at an intimate dinner thrown by New York jewellery house Faraone Mennella in honour of its 12th birthday last night.
The guest of honour? An equally big personality: legendary stylist Patricia Field, whose support catapulted the label's founders Roberto Faraone Mennella and Amedeo Scognamiglio to fashion fame. , , Jaime Winstone and Josephine de la Baume also turned out for the celebrations.
