12 days, 800 miles, one anonymity seeking David Beckham.

Tonight on BBC1 at 9pm David Beckham’s Brazilian rainforest adventure, Into the Unknown, will be broadcast.

Apparently, during the trip, Becks was freaked out by a bright orange frog, uncomfortable sleeping in a hammock and disproportionately concerned about his hair. Wimpy? No. Sounds reasonable if we’re honest – the frog was poisonous, a swinging bed is a tricky thing to contend with and humidity wreaks havoc on hair.

The good news in the former footballing mega star did succeed in finding a village where no one knew his face.

It’s a big week for Becks: tomorrow his 10-piece-strong collection for Belstaff becomes available online. ‘Deciding to work with Belstaff was the easiest decision to make, as I already have a few vintage Belstaff classic jackets in my wardrobe. That, coupled with the fact I'm a biker, made it a perfect fit,’ Beckham told WWD.

We’ll also be watching Becks’ famous face closely when the World Cup kicks off on Thursday.
