Becks has added another string to his bow after undertaking a two-week expedition to the Amazon for an upcoming BBC documentary about Brazil.
This as-yet-unnamed film, directed by Anthony Mandler, will be aired on BBC One in June to coincide with its coverage of the World Cup. The 90-minute documentary will follow Davids jungle adventures, from camping to cooking, in a bid to exhibit the countrys natural beauty.
BBC One Controller Charlotte Moore said: [The documentary] will see him encounter the other side of Brazil and journey through the tropical rainforest, a TV first for the global icon.'
