The reaction when we had when we revealed said cover last week was a definitive indication that the rest of you are as intrigued as we are by the phenomenon that is Miley Cyrus. Shes been photographed by Jan Welters across 10 pages of the issue, and opens up about everything from her dogs to her engagement to talking hair with Dolly Parton in her most revealing UK interview, with Janice Turner, yet.
