If youve tuned in to the Great British Bake Off youll already be aware of how impressive Southend-born Rubys loaves are. The 21-year-old UCL student beat some 10,000 applicants to be one of the 13 contestants on this years BBC2 show.
But its not just Rubys culinary prowess causing a stir. The former model has been inundated with compliments from Twitter fans who are as enamoured with her eyes as her doughnuts.
In her teens Ruby was signed to Models 1 the agency that represents ELLEs October cover star Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Karen Elson, Twiggy and Yasmin Le Bon.
