Joanna Lumley will auction a number of memorable pieces from her personal costume archive to benefit the Prince’s Trust next month.

The actress behind Absolutely Fabulous’s Bolly-loving Patsy Stone chose 50 garments from her TV and film roles for the charity auction, taking place through Kerry Taylor Auctions on 13 November.

Ab Fab costume elements up for bids include a black Dolce & Gabbana jacket, a Joseph faux leather skirt, a black, zip-embellished Betty Jackson dress, a red Donna Karan top and a black feathered Ryoichi Murata hat. Every lot comes complete with series and episode details, sure to satisfy the keenest Ab Fab fans.

‘I am giving up some of my greatest treasures and happiest memories,’ Lumley said in a statement. ‘I am so thrilled to think that the proceeds will all go to benefit young people through one of my all-time favourite charities—The Prince's Trust. I love each item and each garment with a passion.’

Other noteworthy pieces appearing in the auction include the Betty Jackson suit Lumley wore to Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles’ wedding in 2005, a number of Hermes scarves, and the pale pink Chanel suit Lumley wore to lobby for the Gurkha Welfare Trust.
