Wearing an elegant floor length green dress by Alexander McQueen, Kate Middleton made her first public appearance since announcing her pregnancy.
Middleton seemed thrilled to be in attendance at the BBC Sports Personality of the Year awards - after being forced to cancel her last four engagements due to severe morning sickness – and looked stunning as ever, an encouraging sign that she is feeling much better following a difficult few weeks.
Along with ELLE cover star David Beckham, Middleton presented the chairman of the London Organising Committee for the Olympic Games, Seb Coe, with the Lifetime Achievement award and Bradley Wiggins with the Sports Personality of the Year award.
Jessica Ennis was also in attendance, looking gorgeous in a red gown by Victoria Beckham. She received the Sports Personality runners up trophy from Middleton at the event.
