With a modelling career spanning almost 20 years, it’s no surprise that Kate Moss has a wardrobe that could incite homicidal levels of jealousy – what with the budget to purchase whatever she likes and designers clamouring to dress her (gratis, naturally). But she has admitted to needing the help of professionals to manage with her masses of clothes, according to Grazia.

‘I had to have professional help, because there’s like... Too. Much. Stuff!’ she says. ‘And I find it really hard to edit. I’m like, “Oh! I don’t want to let it go!” They’re like, “No! You’re never going to wear that! Put it away.” So. I put it away.’

She agrees that her wardrobe is completely insane and that she often ‘loses track’ of things. ‘I do, like... “Where’s that gone? Things go missing, I’m like, “Where’s that? Is it in the country, is it in London, is it in storage...?” There’s systems. Of jeans. And longs. And... shorts, blacks and coloureds.’

The supermodel famous for her decadent party lifestyle says her style is changing and she’s dressing more for day recently. So what’s brought on this adjustment of wardrobe priorities? ‘Well, I’ve got a dog. Ha. He’s eight months. So I’ve got a dog, and the dog’s making me more Day. It’s a nightmare. You can’t do a dog in a heel! You can’t walk a dog in a heel. You look ridiculous.’

Sage advice indeed.
