Marc Jacobs drew quite a crowd to the launch of his new men's scent, Bang, last night. The party, which was held in the Fifth Floor restaurant of London's Harvey Nichols, was the hottest ticket in town for fashion editors and celebrities alike. And no wonder. Not only was Marc himself in attendance but Jesus Luz and the Scissor Sisters' Jake Shears were DJing.
Rumours were circulating all night that Madonna would put in an appearance to see her boyfriend but there was no sign of her. But there were familiar faces aplenty queuing up to see Marc. Daisy Lowe , Jaime Winstone and Mischa Barton enjoyed the cocktails, complete with ice cubes that spelled out 'Bang'. Beth Ditto put in a late appearance and we spotted designers Henry Holland and Gareth Pugh . Erin O'Connor and Jade Parfitt were also there.
Model Anita Pallenberg stepped out to see her old friend and even got to take home a present - Marc gave her the hand-made factice of the Bang bottle, the only one in the country, to take home.
