Pippa Middleton championed British style at last night’s UK premiere of political/spy thriller Shadow Dancer wearing a classic black and white dress by Alice Temperely. Pippa attended the London premiere in support of her friend, Tom Bradby who wrote the screenplay of the film, as well as the novel it is based upon.
The film stars British actress Andrea Riseborough, actor Clive Owen, and former X Files star, Gillian Anderson and tells the story of a young mother who is forced to spy on her IRA supporting brothers after being caught out in an MI5 sting operation.
Other guests on the red carpet included Rosamund Pike and, star of the film, Clive Owen. When asked about his co-star, Andrea, Clive had nothing but praise. “I think she’s really fantastic. She gives such a great performance and it’s not obvious – it is fine, intelligent acting.”
