The much anticipated Snow White and the Huntsman finally hits cinemas in the UK tomorrow (30 May) and Kristen Stewart has revealed an unlikely inspiration behind her ass-kicking on-screen persona.

While some actresses may employ a bit of method acting to find their inner aggression (a spot of cage fighting, perhaps?), the actress has revealed that Adele got her into the fighting spirit.

'I had Adele on my iPod all the time while doing Snow White,' she told the Chicago Sun-Times. 'I choreographed whole marches with the army behind me to Adele in my one ear.'

While the romantic and heartbreaking sound of 'Someone Like You' might not make us want to pick up a sword and race into battle like Stewart does in the big-screen adventure (crying in the dark with a bottle of wine feels like a more natural reaction), we can't disagree when Stewart adds, '[Adele] hits the nail on the head for me, and her words are incredible.'

That said, the thumping drums of 'Rumour Has It' do have a marching army kind of beat. Watch and march with the video, below...
