Lou Doillon (sister of Charlotte Gainsbourg and daughter of Jane Birkin) coveted the pearls: They were one of my favourite aspects of the show. I was thinking during the show that one of the things the new generation has lost a little is that thing of wearing pearls, and how you should wear them. So for Karl to bring out these enormous pearls on these young girls I find it very moving. Even where he placed them on the dresses. Very graceful and childlike, and also modern and quaint at the same time.
German singer songwriter Ayo loved the music at the show: It was amazing because I really didnt know that it was live music. I just thought, "Wow, the music sounds really good." Then I saw the live set up and yeah an amazing band.[The Chromatics] From the collection, the outfit that I would personally wear all the time would be the short babydoll jeans dress with the white peals its so beautiful.
Model and DJ Leigh Lezark just wanted to wear it all: I cant really say that I could pick a favourite, but I did really love the detailing in the neon green, in the piping, I really loved the cobalt blue and the purple. The colour palette was phenomenal. Id wear it all.
