Its been a gloriously sunny three days out of the office but, now were all back at our desks, an unlikely topic of conversation is dominating the back-to-work chat at ELLE Towers: Will and Jaden Smiths appearance on Friday nights Graham Norton Show.

No, weve never done that, said Jaden, with Will interjecting, hes a very good rapper, though.
