Leigh Lezark signed to IMG models
News just in: The Misshapes fashionable front woman signed up to model agency IMG in New York.
It's official, it's not just us who have noticed the fashion credentials of the music industry's edgiest dressing DJ. IMG models have snapped up Leigh Lezark to model and for possible brand endorsement opportunities.
"I'd love to work with the Meisels or Lagerfelds of the world," Leigh said yesterday . "It's in IMG's court to figure out a good match for me. I want to do things that make sense." Starting with a story in bi-annual fashion bible POP edited by British stylist Katie Grand.
Have no fear though, this will not signal the end for the Misshapes who have scaled down their appearances of late to focus on the launch of misshapes.com, their new on line magazine, which goes live next month.

Last night London played host to the world premier of Sex and the City The Movie and crowds swarmed central London's Leicester Square to catch a glimpse of the the show's stars.
As the hordes chanted 'we want Sarah', Sarah Jessica Parker (Carrie), Kim Cattrall (Samantha), Cynthia Nixon (Miranda) and Kristin Davis (Charlotte) made their way along the red carpet to greet fans, who had been waiting all day to see the stars of the film - and what they were wearing!
'Clothes became an integral part of the show' Parker said last night, and the girls didn't disappoint. SJP wore British designer Alexander McQueen topped off with a spectacular Philip Treacy hat, while Kim Cattrall (actually born in Liverpool) also went British and wore a headline grabbing red Vivienne Westwood number.
Cynthia Nixon chose a Calvin Klein dress with a neckline that plunged down to her waist and Bulgari jewels while Kristin Davis chose a pink vintage dress, channeling her alter ego Charlotte to perfection.
There had been some negativity within the film industry that the film, so closely associated with New York city, had it's premiere here in the U.K. The reason? According to SJP, 'we're kicking off the adventure here and then get to bring it home to America. [The New York premiere] will be the exclaimation point on this wonderful adventure.'

Just In: Lindsay models her new legging collection:
Remember when we let you know back in April that Lindsay Lohan was designing her own collection of leggings. Well the first pictures of the range are in. Lindsay was snapped modelling her new line over the weekend in L.A. She and two models were sporting three of her designs, which include black cotton lycra leggings, leggings with ankle zips and shiny metalic leggings.
Lindsay is rarely (read never!) seen out of her leggings, so it's no wonder she was commissioned to design the yet unnamed collection. She certainly loves them, we hope the shoppers on Robertson Boulevard agree.

New man, new look for Jennifer Aniston.
It's seems Jennifer Aniston's budding romance with singer John Mayer (Jessica Simpson's Ex) has already had an effect on her wardrobe.
Aniston's usually understated wardrobe is a chic and simple collection of neutral colours and classic cuts. She has probably the largest collection of white shirts and boot leg jeans of any woman in Hollywood, not to mention her enviable collection of classic cashmere sweaters.
However, this weekend her new beau joined her in Miami where she is currently filming Marley and Me with Owen Wilson and can't have failed to notice his girlfriend's brand new, sexy look.
Jennifer looks sexier than ever in this micro mini, tight and short, little black lycra dress, that does everything to show off her figure.
Could this be the start of a whole new Jen?

Gwyneth's fashion comeback continued this weekend as she starred in a short film for luxury label Tod's, shot in Rome.
The four minute film, a day in the life of Gwyneth, was written and directed by vetran actor Dennis Hopper (pictured here with Gwyneth) especially for Tod's and Ms Paltrow, and will be screened next week at the Cannes Film Festival.
The mini movie sees Gwyneth going about the everyday things an Oscar winning, Hollywood actress, mother and rock star's wife would, including shopping for flowers in a local market, grabbing a quick cappuccino and attending a fabulous party - dressed in Tod's - natch!
And while there's no doubting Gwyneth's impeccable acting skills the other stars of this film have to be the shoes. Yet again Gwyneth sports an enviable selection of fabulous footwear, from next season's lace up booties to the perfect pair of silver summer sandals.
