The fresh faced 21-year-old model from Devon is a rising star in the fashion world – she was named Model of the Year at the 2009 Elle Style Awards and has even been called the next Kate Moss. Rosie has appeared in advertisements for Burberry, Agent Provocateur, and Victoria’s Secret, and is a favourite of photographers Elle von Unwerth, Corinne Day and Bruce Weber. Her popularity on the party circuit has been helped in no small part by her rock-royalty date, boyfriend Tyrone Wood (son of Rolling Stone Ronnie). And the fact that she’s always dressed just how we wish we looked has also seen her climb to the top of London’s best-dressed lists this year.
