(Dress by L'Agence)

Well, I would have turned to my black mac, but the temperatures in London are cold so I’m still in my Joseph camel wool coat and searching for the ultimate ‘crossover coat’ which will take me from British springtime into our unpredictable summer. Tonight I’ll be online guided by the fashion team who have given me the following styles as on-trend inspiration for this season:

The double-breasted mac in a wool and linen mix: is the chicest style so far

The tweed blazer: I like for this, but there are many on the high street

The knitted bomber: This is all over the high street and L’Agence has a classic ‘keep forever’ one

The biker jacket: Still on sale, Sandro has an investment buy which works well

The parka: My new one is from Superdry and I own a Fat Face one for country trips, but I am lusting after Burberry and Joseph ones, too.

Do you have a crossover coat you rely on? All thoughts welcome.

(Acne bomber jacket)

I fear I am not the right height for something so on-trend.

Anya, is that just for me? My favourite colours in one bag – the perfect accessory for a blonde. We wear it well.

Just so you know I will never wear a hat but if I did this one has a spirited attitude.
