Meandering through the sculpture garden and sizing up the queues, we spotted plenty of sculptural necklaces, gallerist haircuts (sleek bobs or severe fringe, but straight, straight, straight) and copies of The Art Newspaper. Bold, graphic lip colour and vintage frame handbags completed the looks. Shoes had to be flat to handle the 170 galleries, but with attendees like these, it’s a wonder anyone looks at the walls.
