While we love a statement heel, sometimes only an old-school sneaker will do. We’ve looked to the streets for inspiration and spied a mini trend emerging which is set to save our soles on “doing days”.
Black or white, they lend a cool, care-free vibe to maxi skirts while battered Converse off-set tailored jackets with an androgynous edge. And with Isabel Marant’s wedge sneakers now available in stores for a second season, it’s a sure sign these are the only footwear to be seen in whether you’re dashing between appointments, or just hitting the high street.
