All hail the year-round blouse. Once upon a time, the shirt was packed away in the heat of the summer months and replaced with an assortment of vests and t-shirts. No longer. After the onset of the ladylike trend and the resulting influx of beautiful blouses, the shirt has become a perennial. Creams and whites give a suitably luxe peasant look while lace adds a touch of the femme fatale.
