Phillipa Lepley is having a sample sale. You may be familiar with this brand if you’ve gazed at the vision that was ELLEuk.com editor Carrie Tyler in her own Phillipa Lepley wedding dress. Her beautiful bespoke princess-cut gown was created by the Lepley atelier, which is generally recognised to be one of London’s top couturiers.
Exquisite silks and French laces, hand finished beading and masterful boning – the detail that goes into a Phillipa Lepley gown makes it a dizzying sight to behold as well as a vertigo-inducing price to pay. But with a sample sale, a gown by the renowned designer is in sight.
The sample sale starts on Saturday and runs until Saturday 30th June. Prices start at £1500 for gowns and £200 for accessories. Most of the gowns will be a Size 12 so prepare for that – the in-house couture seamstresses however are wizards and will be able to make alterations to most gowns.
