Though I would like to think I am several months’ premature in even considering that whole bridal-body-mania, somebody pointed out to me the other day that the wedding is only 5 months away and I’d better snap into wedding gear. And scarily, that seems to mean snapping into bridal shape.
A few weeks ago, with summer here and Ibiza on the horizon it was the perfect time to road test My Detox Diet’s bridal package.
