Cap d’es Falco
A prime position by Es Cavallet beach makes this one of the best spots from which to view the orange sun sinking behind Es Vedra island. Hacienda Na Xamena
If you want to feel like a Bond Villain, then book yourself in for a full pre-party sundown experience at the seriously luxe-y Hacienda. Perched on the northwestern cliffs of the island, watch the cliffs turn pink as you sit in their Cascadas Suspendidas (salt-water Jacuzzis). Then wrap it all up with cocktails and dinner in the terraced restaurant above.

Café Ashram
Rocky cliffs, a sweeping stretch of golden sand, and turquoise waters: it’s not a bad view from the chilled outpost of Café Ashram – in fact, it’s perfect. Ashram has a laid-back hippy vibe with wind chimes wafting gently in the breeze and organic dishes on offer.

Benirras Beach
A quintessential Ibiza experience, hippies and young families flock to the pretty Benirras beach on the island’s northwest coast. As the sun begins to sink, the bongos come out, building into a crescendo of cheers and goodwill as it finally hits the deck.

If you're lucky enough to be staying here, make the most of the newly built sunset terrace, where you can recline on dark wood day beds, sip a house cocktail and enjoy the vista of cliffs sweeping down to the sea. If you’re not staying and you happen to be passing through San Jose, make a detour.
