A prolific DJ and producer , Joey Negro also records under the names Jakatta, Raven Maize, The Sunburst Band and Z Factor. Joey was one of the first artists to incorporate disco samples in house music. A producer first and foremost, he has been involved in more than 200 productions, countless albums and a healthy stack of hit singles including Top 10 hits with Jakatta, American Dream, My Vision (with Seal) and So Lonely.
Joey plays regularly at Pacha London, Brixton Jamm, the Loft and is a resident DJ at Glitterbox at Booom Ibiza, where he will be joining Hercules & Love Affair (live), Dimitri From Paris and Simon Dunmore from Defected on Saturday 26th July.
