THE RESTAURANT – IBIZA FOOD STUDIO

Ibiza loves the buzz of a good pop-up the same as the next place, and nowhere is that buzz heard louder right now than from behind the heavy wooden doors of the Ibiza Food Studio. The brainchild of charismatic (read: wacky) ex-Noma chef, Boris Buono, this hastily-prepared dining space was, until a few months ago, an unloved house in a seedy part of town. Buono and co. took over the space, scrubbed and debugged, and lovingly converted it into Ibiza Food Studio – a sort of laidback no-menu concept that fuses Michelin-starred dining with supper at a mate's house. Expect big shared tables, some seriously artful cooking and a stellar wine list. Add to that the glowy feeling that you've stumbled upon something really special, and it might just be the perfect supper.

THE PARTY – CIRCOLOCO AT DC-10

The undisputed mainstay of Ibiza's underground party scene and a legend in its own lifetime, Circoloco at DC-10 never misses a beat. One of this season's highlights was seeing techno/deep house big-hitter Seth Troxler go back-to-back with the white-hot Martinez Brothers, fresh from the runway in Milan where they played Givenchy ready-to-wear show. Givenchy head honcho Riccardo Tisci then returned the favour by making a grand appearance at Circoloco, along with Richard Madden and Vincent Cassel – a.k.a Game of Thrones' Robb Stark and the King of Strongcliff. Where underground house meets Hollywood – only at Circoloco.

THE DJS TO KNOW – ELI + FUR

This has been the summer of Eli + Fur, the cool-girl tag team behind the summer's catchiest release -  Your Eyes –  already tipped for the top by the oracle that is Pete Tong. The London duo have been island-wide this summer, from the Corona Sunsets Festival and Ibiza Town's International Music Summit to the DJ booth at superclub Space, for whom they've mixed this summer's compilation CD. With skinny jeans, messy blonde hair and utterly unfazed London-girl swagger, they're the fashion world's current favourite too – catch them wrapping up the summer at Ushuaiä's legendary closing party on Saturday October 3.

THE RETREAT – 38 DEGREES NORTH

Get fit or die trying – that can often seem like the motto at booty-busting bootcamps that are all blood, sweat and tears. Not so on the new Healthy Hedonism long weekends from acclaimed fitness collective, 38 Degrees North. Flying in on a Thursday, you'll spend Friday and Saturday mixing up outdoor training activities including TRX, HIIT, yoga, Pilates, boxing kickboxing and more. If that sounds a bit tough, throw in a 5-star hotel, luxury dining, a day's private yacht charter and VIP club access on the final night to soften the blow.

If it's your mind, not your body, that needs the reboot, then 38 Degrees North are also launching Ibiza's first ever residential mindfulness retreat with the wonderful Ross Stephenson on October 4.

Prices start from  £1582 including four nights  5* accommodation and activities (excluding flights).  Healthy Hedonism will also be available at 38 Degrees North between May and October 2016.  38 Degrees North

THE HOTEL – CAN PARDAL

For those who want the rural escapism of an agroturismo with the 'oh let's just wander into the village for a drink' ease of a town hotel, Can Pardal might be just what you've been looking for. Tucked discreetly (like seriously – you really have to look) into a little nook alongside the pretty hilltop church of San Miguel, Can Pardal is the result of the stylish restoration of a 16th century Ibicencan house. Ducking through the doorway, it all seems too petite to house the wonders within – Mediterranean gardens, a sunbed-lined pool, fruit trees galore and a dreamy bougainvillea-shaded courtyard. The five bedrooms are charm personified, and if lolling beside the pool becomes too much, on the doorstep you'll find the San Miguel's original bar and tabac, which now serves Ibiza's best (homemade) hierbas. Sit on a table outside and take in the sweeping cross-country views.

Can Pardal, Calle Carrer de Missa, 3, San Miguel. + 34 971 334 575. Doubles from £100, B&B.
