Friday

I'll be arriving in London from New York, where I was looking for a new spot to open La Compagnie des Vins Surnaturels. We have a few locations in mind and hope to select something soon. Our branch in Paris [7 Rue Lobineau, 75006 Paris, +33 9 54 90 20 20, compagniedesvinssurnaturels.com/] has been a great foray into the category, which is why we're opening in London in December and looking for a place in New York to do something similar.

As it is Fashion Week, it's fitting that I have an appointment to pick my first-ever tailored jacket made by my talented friends at Thom Sweeney. [1-2 Weighhouse St, London W1K 5LR, 020 7629 6220, thomsweeney.co.uk/]

I'll head over to Jasper Conran runway show @ Saatchi [Duke Of York's HQ, King's Rd, London SW3 4RY, saatchigallery.com/] with a friend. In the evening, I'll make my way over to the Selfridges Street Take-Over Dazed and Confused party.

After my LFW fill, I'll probably stay around Covent Garden. As we're opening our next venue, La Compagnie des Vins Surnaturels in Seven Dials [December], I need to soak up the energy of the neighbourhood where I actually live when I'm in London and where I'll be spending a lot of time with our new bar & restaurant. I'll eat at Opera Tavern [23 Catherine St, London WC2B 5JS, 020 7836 3680, operatavern.co.uk/] at night, one of my favourite places in London- the perfect place for a full tapas feast.

Late at night I'll go to Experimental Cocktail Club Chinatown [13a Gerrard St, Chinatown, London W1D 5PS, 020 7434 3559 , chinatownecc.com/ ] to make sure everything is fine and have a cocktails from our new menu. Try the classic St Germain des Pres, a refreshing, gin- based cocktail with chilli tincture, alongside new cocktails, Handsome Jack and the Tonka Fievre.

Saturday

I'll probably wake up late and wander out to get a cappuccino at my favourite coffee shop, Monmouth Coffee Company [27 Monmouth Street Covent Garden London WC2H 9EU, 020 7379 3516, monmouthcoffee.co.uk ] After spending time refining ideas for our new site, I'll probably have a big lunch with friends at Riding House Cafe [43-51 Great Titchfield St, London W1W 7PQ, 020 7927 0840, ridinghousecafe.co.uk/]. But, if I have the energy, I'll go grocery shopping at Borough Market [boroughmarket.org.uk/].

The rest of the afternoon will be on chill out mode.

For weeks, I've wanted to go to the exhibition of Richard Rogers at The Royal Academy [Burlington House, Piccadilly, London W1J 0BD, 020 7300 8000,royalacademy.org.uk/] so I may head out for a quiet afternoon to see that. Or I'll go to the movies to see Grande Bellazza, which I’ve heard is amazing.

At night I'll surely go to the W magazine party at the Edition hotel. I can't wait to see what Schrager has done! I've always loved hotels, and an LFW party at this one should really be excellent.

After the party, I'll eat at Nopi [21-22 Warwick Street
W1B 5NE, 020 7494 9584, nopi-restaurant.com] my favourite restaurant in London. And afterwards, I'll play by it ear but will do everything to bring friends to the newly opened Mr. Foggs [15 Bruton Lane, W1J 6JD, 0207 299 1200, mr-foggs.com/] I love the place, and very surprised by the drinks, particularly their absinthe variety, and I do enjoy their gin fizz and a punch to share with friends. To end the night, I'll end up at the Experimental Cocktail Club Chinatown again. For fashion week it is one of the best places to go.

Sunday

Finally a day for some semblance of rest. I'll walk abound in the morning. Covent Garden is beautiful on an early autumn morning. I'll pick up a coffee at Monmouth Coffee Company ( above) for sure.

By the time afternoon rolls around, I'll head to Thomas Culbitt [44 Elizabeth St, London SW1W 9PA, 020 7730 6060, thethomascubitt.co.uk/] in Belgravia for lunch. I love this place for the grand dining room and decadent décor with fantastic cuisine; they've done an amazing job. In the afternoon, I'll go to the private viewing of the White Queen with Wallpaper* magazine [londonfashionweek.co.uk/events_list.aspx?OrderBy=BlockTime+asc. And then I'll head home to go to bed early.

Monday

I'll go to the Serpentine Gallery (Kensington Gardens, W2 3XA, 020 7402 6075, serpentinegalery.org) London's best gallery during Fashion Week.

I can't stay for too long though - I'm heading to Ibiza for a quick trip to check in on Experimental Beach [Cap des Falco Playa des Codolar, Las Salinas, Ibiza, +34 664 331 269, eccbeach.com/] and then it’s back to Paris.
