Friday

After work I'll meet friends at Storeys, above (56 Wood lane London W12 7RJ), which is at the top of the old BBC Television Centre in White City. West London often lags behind in the foodie stakes, especially the street food scene, so it's great to have this on the doorstep.

I love le Bun,  which is a kind of French / American fusion,  and also The Roadery, which use the best British produce for their "Head -to -Tail" menu, which includes dishes like Slow roasted ox tongue tacos wild blackberry hot sauce.

Saturday

After a long sleep, I might take a class at Frame, or perhaps work out with some friends in the park.  A friend of mine is a personal trainer,  and it's a laugh to do it all together on a sunny Saturday and not have to rush off to work afterwards. Or maybe The Secret Yoga Club would have an event on. Gaby Hales founded it a couple of years ago and were the first to do yoga in unique spaces, followed by food.

They've been doing some of their events this Summer on top of a disused multi-storey carpark in Peckham, run by Bold Tendencies, where Frank's Campari bar, above, is (Floors 7-10, 95A Rye Ln, London SE15 4TG, it is  so beautiful doing yoga outside.  The teachers, Gaby Hales and Mischa Varmuza are incredible and there's always music and a gong meditation at the end.  I always feel so chilled when I leave.  I'm so excited they're doing a special class at Fare Healthy.

If I've worked out with my girlfriends, we might go and have late lunch at Nama, below (110 Talbot Road, W11 1JR, London (0207 313 4638).  It's all raw vegan food, though you'd not actually know it, it's so delicious.

After that, we might wander down Ledbury Road and Westbourne Grove, and have a look in some shops.  If it's been a busy week at work with lots of events, I often have a very sore back so I might go and see Asya and have an amazing hot stone massage at Portobello Girl (355 Portobello Road, London W10 5SA, 0208 960 7607

For dinner I'll head to Casa Cruz , above (123 Clarendon Road, Holland Park, London W11 4JG ), a brand new sparkly South American restaurant, which has opened right opposite my front door in Holland Park.  Dinner of ceviche feels light and fresh, and they even manage to make crudités a treat.  We'll take cocktails to sit on their lovely roof terrace, or if it's cold, we'll go back to mine and drink wine and dance!

Sunday

I might go see my mum, who lives in Battersea, and go for a walk in the park or the Saatchi Gallery in Chelsea (Duke of York's HQ, Kings Road, SW3 4RY).

Another favourite new discovery of mine is Maltby Street Market (40 Maltby Street, London, SE1 3PA), so I might go there and meet friends for lunch and a wander.  I love seeing what other food loving Londoners are doing and I always feel inspired for both Peardrop  and Fare Healthy.

After a career in the media, Rose set up Peardrop, with the aim of offering nutritious food made with seasonal and sustainable ingredients. Her weekly lunch delivery service quickly evolved into fully-fledged go-to boutique food service, Peardrop London, catering for the likes of Stella McCartney and Alice Temperley. Rose's love of health and fitness led her to co-found Fare Healthy, a feel good festival of food, fitness and wellbeing taking place in Borough Market on Sunday 27th September.  Tickets have sold out but returns go on sale on 14th September.
