Terms and Conditions
1. This prize is for two adults staying in a double room for 4 nights at Ushuaia Tower, Playa den Bossa, Ibiza on a bed and breakfast basis
2. This prize includes two, economy, return flights from a major UK airport with direct flights to Ibiza
3. Travel to and from the hotel is included
4. All extra incidentals including telephone calls, spa treatments, meals, laundry and beverages etc. must be paid for directly by the prize winner
5. This prize is valid for 4 nights on these dates only arriving Fri 6th and departing Tues 10th September 2013. The dates are fixed and not transferable
6. The winners will be given free entry to the following events and invited to meet the DJs and Defected staff members, at the Saturday 7th party at the Defected In The House party at Bomba and Monday 9th Sept, Defected presents DFTD at Ushuaia Tower
7. All additional arrangements and expenses relating to the stay in Ibiza and Ushuaia Tower must be met by the winners
8. Travel insurance cover must be obtained separately by the prize winner

8. Competitions and Prizes
These rules apply to all prize promotions including free draws, prize competitions and instant win offers.
8.1. From time to time Hearst Magazines will run competitions, free prize draws and promotions on this website. These may be subject to additional terms that will be made available at the time.

8.9. Winners will be notified by email on the day of the draw. Winners have five (5) business working days to respond in full to the email or another winner will be drawn.

8.18. The winner of any competition which includes attending a specific venue is responsible for their own travel arrangements unless stated otherwise. If travel is included in the prize, all booking formalities must be completed directly with the travel sponsor unless stated otherwise agreed by Hearst Magazines, and Hearst Magazines shall have no responsibility or liability in respect of any travel arrangements.
