Friday

My weekend kicks off with some good old-fashioned food shopping. Here Organic Store (Chelsea Farmers Market, 125 Sydney Street, London, SW3 6NR, 020 7351 4321, kingsroad.co.uk/chelseafarmersmarket) have the best range including German products that I know from home, and hard-to-find things like the vegan and sugar-free ice cream brand Booja-Booja made from cashews! I love shopping for healthy ingredients before trying  new recipes.

Barts

My friends and I have a Friday night ritual - cooking and inventing cocktails for one another. Afterwards we’ll head to Barts (Chelsea Cloisters, 87 Sloane Ave, London, SW3 3DW, 020 7581 3355, barts-london.com).  It’s hidden away, great fun, the cocktail menu is to die for and there's often live music. It's pretty eccentric and different to the usual Chelsea bars.

Saturday

I’m a big food market fan and one of my favourites is the Duke of York Square Food Market (80 Duke of York Square, Kings Road, SW3 4LY,
dukeofyorksquare.com/events/farmers-market), which I go to super early. One of the stands does the best falafels; a great place to go on an empty stomach.

The Shop at Bluebird

I love the Kings Road for its mix of high street chains, designer boutiques and one-off independent stores. I’ll always check out The Shop at Bluebird (350 King's Rd, London, SW3 5UU, 0207 351 3873, theshopatbluebird.com), which stocks the coolest fashion and lifestyle brands. The interior is quirky without being overwhelming, and Bluebird's restaurant (020 7559 1000, bluebird-restaurant.co.uk) next door is great for scrambled eggs with salmon.

A favourite lunch spot is the Good Life Eatery (59 Sloane Ave, London, SW3 3DH, 020 7052 9388, goodlifeeatery.com). Eating healthily is my thing - and everything here tastes so good. It's normally buzzing and feels like a piece of New York in London. I love their Kale Lime Pie and salads with extra salmon and avocado. I pop in whenever I need a ‘green’ drink on-the-go – and always leave feeling amazing!

Late afternoon we head to Knightsbridge.  I love Harvey Nichols (109-125 Knightsbridge, London, SW1X 7RJ, 020 7235 5000, harveynichols.com) for their Blink Brow Bar (blinkbrowbar.com), and they have my favourite brands: Iro, Céline, Givenchy, Haider Ackermann, J Brand, 3.1 Phillip Lim. I’m thrilled they’re stocking GVYN for SS15.

Saturday nights are made for extravagant eating and drinking and there is no better place than Chiltern Firehouse (1 Chiltern St, Marylebone, London, W1U 7PA, 020 7073 7676, chilternfirehouse.com). I come here for dinner with my girls as the atmosphere and the menu are always great. I usually order the Maple Salmon, which is really tasty. I love that the restaurant is still a firehouse on the outside, and that the décor inside shows a more modern touch...Andre Balazs did a great job.

Next stop is The Wellington Club (116A Knightsbridge, London, SW1X 7PL, 020 7823 8211, thewelly.com). It's edgy, unpretentious and really reminds me of Berlin. The interior is a kind of fun gothic, with a skull-shaped disco ball - really effective with the laser lights. It is very cool and seductive, but also wild and glamorous.

Sunday

Colbert: David Loftus

My favourite post-clubbing eaterie is Colbert (50-52 Sloane Square, London, SW1W 8AX, 020 7730 2804, colbertchelsea.com). I spent a year in Paris, and Colbert really reminds me of my time there - and the bistro food they serve is fantastic.

After a lazy morning I need inspiration and I’ll always find it at the V&A museum’s (Cromwell Road, London SW7 2RL, 020 7942 2000, vam.ac.uk‎) fascinating exhibitions on the history of fashion, and all the new designers at The Conran Shop (Michelin House, 81 Fulham road, London, SW3 6RD, 0844 848 4000, conranshop.co.uk).

V&A: James Medcraft

My good friends at Joe’s Salon
(69-71 Sloane Ave, London SW3 3DH, 020 7581 1122, joessalon.co.uk) prep my hair for my manic week ahead and give the best blow dry in town.  So as not to waste the beautiful results, my hair and I like to finish off our Sunday with some comforting, authentic Italian like Bocca di Lupo (12 Archer St, London W1D 7BB, 020 7734 2223, boccadilupo.com
), where you can practically hear diners ooh-ing and aah-ing over their food. I’ll usually go for mixed grilled seafood with pesto trapanese and a refreshing glass of Barthenau Vigna S. Michele 2012.  Perfecto!
