Pink has been summer's stand-out beauty trend, but traditionally it's not the hue you'd normally associate with brides – except perhaps on their lips.
However, Pinterest's 2017 wedding report highlights a 45 percent rise in people saving ideas for pink eye shadow.
A trend spotted at Bridal Fashion Week, pink eye shadow – from rose gold to 'millennial pink' – adds a romantic touch in a modern way.
Of course, the trend can be executed differently depending on your personal style or wedding theme. One of our favourites is with a wash of glossy petal pink on the eyelids, paired with a matching lipstick:

A stronger way to wear it is with a darker pink smoky eye, as actress Lily Collins beautifully demonstrated on the red carpet.
